Exchange Eligibility

  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must not be a final sale or clearance item.

Exchange Charges

For all exchanges, there will be a charge of Rs.350. This charge covers the processing and handling fees associated with the exchange. The client is responsible for paying this charge.

Exchange Shipping

The client is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Final Sale and Clearance Items

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange. These items are marked as such on our website and cannot be returned or exchanged.
